Ghpage.com some days ago reported on veteran highlife musician, Emmanuel Nana Appiah Boateng popularly known as Nana Kontihene calling out popular radio presenter Dr. Cann for ruining his name and damaging his hard-earned reputation.
According to the ‘Dedede’ hitmaker, he helped the radio presenter when he was bedridden with stroke but he in return showed evil towards by asking other DJ’s to stop playing his songs.
But Dr Cann whose real name is Francis Ebo Cann in his response to the latter’s claim has stated that they were all false and laughable allegations.
Explaining further, he confirmed the fact that he was indeed sick and bedridden for some time and during that period Kontihene visited him only once and that was with his colleague Kwesi Pee.
He went on to say that Kontihene never gave him a dime when he visited and as such he is at a loss as to why he will go about and throw tantrums that he catered for him.
Dr. Cann also questioned how it will be possible for a fully grown man who is currently unable to cater for himself, and as a result, is staying with his uncle, millionaire Dr. Kwaku Frimpong in Accra will be able to provide the needs for another fully grown man with three kids.
He ended by stressing that the one popular musician has lost his relevance in the Ghana music industry and as such, his plan to thrive on such trivial matters to get the attention of the media.
