‘The Anatomy of A Paradox,’ the debut album of Ghanaian Spoken Word Artist, Poetra Asantewa will be released on March 15, 2019.

The 11-track project comes some three years after the 2016 OneBeat fellow released her debut EP ‘Motherfuckitude: The Naked Ones.’

Rapper Fu is the only artiste featured on the project.

“My creative process starts internally- I carry ideas in my head for weeks, sometimes months; debating and fine-tuning the idea itself,” reads part of the caption of a video promoting the project by Asantewa online.

“I write, and rewrite and rewrite and rewrite, before I share with potential collaborators. I rehearse over and over before each studio time. And so when we record in two takes, it’s because I’ve done 20 takes in my bedroom. All those hours count.”

A listening session for the album will be held on Sunday, March 3 at Front/Back, Osu.
