Sarkodie Awareded African Legend Artiste of the year @ African Legends Awards

Sarkodie took to his twitter page yesterday to announce to his fans that he has been crowned the African Legend Artiste of the year at this year’s African Legends Awards.

The event was held in Lagos, Nigeria at the Bespoke Event Centre on Sunday, November 27.

He won the award after being nominated in the same category with fellow Ghanaians Daddy Lumba and Amandzeba. AKA (South Africa), D’Banj (Nigeria), K’naan (Somalia), Yemi Alade (Nigeria), Asa (Nigeria) were also in the same category.

Sarkodie was however also nominated for the African Best Rap Artist Category. He tweeted about the award.
